Withdrawing Your Money
Learn how to withdraw your earned credits to PayPal step by step.
📋 Before You Begin
- • A verified PayPal account linked to your profile
- • Minimum $1.00 in your account balance
- • Earned credits from completing surveys (no fee) or purchased credits (5% fee applies)
How to Withdraw
Go to Credits Page
Navigate to 'Credits' in the navigation menu. Here you can see your total balance, earned credits, and transaction history.
Enter Withdrawal Amount
Scroll down to the 'Request Payout' section. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum $1.00). Click 'Max' to withdraw your full balance.
Review Fee Information
If you're withdrawing more than your earned balance, a 5% fee applies to the purchased credits portion. The form will show you a fee breakdown before you confirm.
Confirm and Submit
Click 'Request Payout' to submit. Your payout will be sent to your linked PayPal account. Payouts are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Credits earned by completing surveys can be withdrawn with no fee.
💳 Purchased Credits
A 5% processing fee applies when withdrawing purchased credits.
