Yes! Daily Survey is fully mobile-responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. No app download required.

You only pay for participants' responses. Prices vary from $0.25 to $5+ per response depending on survey length and targeting. You set the price.

Use demographic targeting to select age, gender, country, education, and employment status. More specific targeting = more relevant responses but smaller audience.

Response time depends on your target audience size and compensation. Surveys with fair pay typically fill within a few days to a week. Broader demographics fill faster.

Draft surveys can be fully edited. Published surveys can only be paused or closed. You cannot change questions, but you can pause and reactivate for additional responses.

Clear questions, reasonable length (5-15 minutes), fair compensation, specific demographics targeting, and honest/unbiased wording. Avoid leading questions and too many open-ended responses.

Click "View Analytics" on your survey. See response charts, demographic breakdowns, and data quality metrics. Export as CSV, Excel, PDF, or JSON for further analysis.

The system automatically pays when surveys reach target responses. You can also manually issue bonus payments. Money deducted from your account balance.

Yes. All data is encrypted, GDPR/CCPA compliant, and never sold to third parties. Your profile is only used for survey matching.

Yes. Go to Profile → Security → "Enable 2FA", scan the QR code with an authenticator app, and save backup codes. Keep backup codes somewhere safe.

Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → "Delete Account". All personal data is deleted within 30 days, but surveys remain for analysis.

Click Profile in your dashboard. You can update demographics, banking info, preferences, and contact details anytime.

No. We never sell personal data. Survey responses are only used by survey creators for analysis.

Check caps lock is off, confirm correct email, and try "Forgot Password". If persistent, clear your browser cache and try a different browser.

Check the survey status is "Active" (not Draft, Paused, or Closed). Check demographics are set correctly and you have enough credits to pay.

Increase compensation, expand demographics, improve survey title/description, ensure it's active, and wait longer. Building survey audience takes time.

Common reasons: demographics don't match, failed attention checks, suspicious response patterns, or too fast completion. Check your profile is accurate.
