- Pay the displayed cost for survey responses using the platform's credit system
- Accept that survey responses, once collected, are final and non-refundable
5. Survey Participation
As a survey participant, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and thoughtful responses to survey questions
- Maintain accurate demographic information in your profile
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete surveys
- Not attempt to take the same survey multiple times
- Accept disqualification if your profile does not match survey demographic requirements
6. Payments and Credits
- Credits are purchased using real currency (USD) via PayPal
- Credits are used to fund survey creation and access analytics
- Earnings from survey participation can be withdrawn via PayPal
- Minimum withdrawal amount is $1.00 USD
- PayPal transaction fees may apply to withdrawals and are the responsibility of the user
- Credits and balances have no expiration date
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice
7. Intellectual Property
Survey creators retain ownership of the questions they create. By using the Service, survey creators grant Daily Survey a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process survey content as needed to operate the platform. The Daily Survey platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Survey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any credits remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited.
